Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will be a key contributor to our Talent Acquisition department, to help ensure a smooth hiring process for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Recruiters. This role will partner with various parts of the organization and utilize various platforms to support the department to attract top talent in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and perform reporting analytics, employer branding, and TA operational process support. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and support a 15 person Talent Acquisition department across the US.
You will be based out of our Boston, MA Headquarters located at One Washington Mall, Boston, MA 02108 (Government Center) on Mondays-Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Fridays. Please note that the pay range for this position is $36.00 / hour to $38.50 / hour. Salary will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist responsibilities include :
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition reporting including : new hire reports, chargeback reporting, bonus reporting, and other ad hoc reporting requests
- Responsible for the oversight of acquisitions and transitions which includes outreach, tracking hiring statuses, enforcing timelines / deadlines, and background checks of transitioning employees
- Provide customer service to leaders by tracking hiring process and candidate progress
- Serve as backup and escalation point for background checks and TA coordinators when necessary
- Assist with maintaining and improving Applicant Tracking System, Dayforce Recruiting, for continuous improvement and troubleshooting
- Serve as subject matter expert in employer branding and candidate outreach, creating and supporting outreach campaigns and assisting with reputation management efforts
- Conduct audits of TA and TA Operations processes ensuring compliance with Winn policies / processes and legal compliance such as pay transparency etc.
Requirements
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist requirements include :
A minimum of 3-5 years of TA operations experience is requiredStrong analytical skills and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including the ability to create Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPsMust have experience with background check processMust have extensive experience in Applicant Tracking Systems; Dayforce is highly preferredMust have experience conducting audits and working autonomouslyPreferred Qualifications
