K-12 – Success Manager (MidAtlantic / Northeast)
Partner in Publishing is seeking a Success Manager to support our EdTech client, a K-3 literacy platform powered by AI. The role is an individual-contributor, customer-facing position that requires practical experience partnering with K-12 customers in the MidAtlantic / Northeast territory.
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with district leadership.
- Onboard new customers and engage them in data-driven conversations regarding literacy intervention.
- Drive high renewal rates and expansion goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and / or relevant experience.2+ years of customer success experience in the Education SaaS industry.Experience implementing software solutions in the Education SaaS industry.Proven track record of high (90%+) renewal rate and achievement of expansion goals and targets.Preferred : Experience in education administration and / or a start-up organization.Preferred : Strong grounding in Reading Assessment, Science of Reading research, and data-driven instruction.Must live in the MidAtlantic / Northeast area.Benefits
