As an Admissions Representative, you will play a vital role in attracting, enrolling, and supporting both domestic and international students through the admissions process.

Your responsibilities will include recruitment and ensuring a seamless transition for admitted students into our aviation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Student Recruitment :
• Follow-up with all incoming inquiries and build relationships with prospective students.
• Conduct and attend recruitment events, career fairs, and school presentations to attract potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, aviation organizations, and other relevant entities.
• Admissions Process :
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
• Provide information about program offerings, admission requirements, and financing options.
• Review and evaluate student applications, transcripts, and other relevant documents.
• Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for the program.
• Actively foster the Mission, Conviction, and Core Values of Ignite Flight Academy.
• Information Sessions :
• Conduct in-person and virtual informational sessions for prospective students and their families.
• Explain the curriculum, training facilities, and potential career opportunities.
• Communication :
• Communicate regularly with applicants to provide updates on their application status.
• Address inquiries and concerns from prospective students and their families.
• Data Management :
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students.
• Utilize the academy's database and CRM systems to track admissions interactions and process.
• Generate reports on admissions metrics and trends for management review.
• Enrollment Support :
• Assist admitted students with the enrollment process.
• Coordinate orientation sessions to help new students acclimate to the flight academy.
• Marketing :
• Help develop promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.
• Manage social media to enhance Ignite Flight Academy's brand visibility and reach a wider audience.
• Provide insights and input on marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
• Working closely with flight operations / instructors to create congruency between admissions / marketing messaging and the programs offered.

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of the aviation industry and a passion for promoting aviation education.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field

Marketing and / or organizational communication experience

Experience with International travel and planning

Pay : $45,000-$65,000
