Schedule : Flexible Hours, up to 40 hours per week

Setting : Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Diverse CCRC Setting : Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

Location : Panorama Convalescent & Rehab Center - Lacey, WA

Pay : $25 to $40 per hour

• Large on-site therapy gym with FTF equipment
• Separate satellite clinic for outpatient
• 14'x42' warm water therapy pool heated to 92 F
