Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking to hire a Sr Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to join its team of diverse and qualified individuals. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel (GBSD) program in the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) division. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the EVMS compliance of major suppliers for the Sentinel program.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and process improvement, maintain execution velocity in a highly dynamic environment, and engage with all levels of stakeholders.
• Perform independent analysis of Sentinel suppliers' IPMDAR documenting quality issues.
• Coordinate and conduct EVMS surveillance events (requires significant travel) to assess compliance of suppliers' Earned Value Management System and issue findings or actions, as applicable.
• Work with suppliers on root cause and corrective actions for findings from the surveillance events.
• Brief the results of surveillance events to leadership and SMT stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive supplier IBRs to completion.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Mentor and train junior level analysts.
• Partner with leadership to translate organizational objectives and strategies into program level tactics.
• Maintain compliance with all NGC policies, internal controls, and disclosed practices.
