Job Description :

We are hiring for 3 full-time positions.

As a Print Operator, youll have the opportunity to work with multiple types of printing and decoration methods. Depending on team needs and your individual training, you may operate direct-to-film (DTF) and direct-to-garment (DTG) machines, assist with embroidery setups, or perform UV printing tasks. While not everyone will work on every type of machine, we provide cross-training to broaden your skills and support a flexible, collaborative work environment.

In this role, you will load garments and substrates, perform basic machine calibrations, and maintain precise quality standards. Youll also help manage inventory, ensuring we have the right supplies for each printing method and verifying that completed orders meet our strict quality checks before shipment.
