What You'll Do :

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or disturbances.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings in a government location, reporting any suspicious behavior or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document routine activities and incident reports as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or the public, offering assistance as needed while upholding site security-related standards.
