What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report any irregularities.

Maintain a visible presence and monitor the premises to support a secure environment for staff, visitors, and residents.

Document and report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to established protocols.

Collaborate with local authorities and / or emergency responders when required.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
