What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns specific to financial institution locations.

Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Assist in controlling access to the premises, verifying identification as needed, and monitoring entry and exit points.

Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain a secure and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner as directed by site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
