Thur 08 : 15 AM - 06 : 15 PM

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution setting.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious behavior, reporting observations according to site procedures.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and / or client representatives regarding incidents, concerns, or site needs.

Document and report all security-related incidents and activities as required by site-specific protocols.

Assist with crowd control and / or visitor management during peak business hours or special events as needed.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
