A company is looking for an HRBP Generalist to support its Americas Region.
Key Responsibilities
Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners
Build trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communication
Produce reports and assist with the Performance Improvement Process and employee off-boarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees
Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
Knowledge of employment legislation
Experience with Workday and supporting remote workers preferred
