Job description

A company is looking for a Global Sales Enablement Specialist to enhance the training and performance of its worldwide sales team in the cybersecurity software industry.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver onboarding, product, and skills-based training for global sales teams

Develop sales playbooks and enablement resources in collaboration with various departments

Manage global sales enablement programs and maintain the sales enablement platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training within the software or SaaS industry

Familiarity with cybersecurity software and sales processes

Proficiency with learning management systems, sales enablement platforms, and CRM tools

Ability to manage multiple projects across time zones and cultures
