Job descriptionKey Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns Conduct tax research and apply current laws and regulations Work directly with clients to gather information and resolve inquiries Analyze financial data to ensure accurate reporting and compliance Assist with tax planning strategies for clients Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and internal staff Support the firm in meeting critical filing deadlines and workload demands Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required (Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred) Minimum of 4 years of professional tax experience Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations Proficiency with tax software and standard office applications Excellent communication, client service, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Salary : $85,000 – $100,000 , based on experience Medical and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Multiple forms of paid time off
