As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your presence will help create a welcoming environment for guests and staff, as you respond to situations and communicate clearly with all individuals on site. This is a driving post, so you will operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel and resort location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas for security-related concerns and report any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials and / or identification as required by site procedures.

Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding guests and staff during incidents.

Document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Communicate professionally with guests, staff, and management to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

A guard card or license is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
