Who we are looking for

The full-time AI / ML Engineer will design, develop, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms to support our Contract Intelligence Platform. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge AI / ML solutions to drive innovation in healthcare contract intelligence.

Location

Candidates must be in San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate after hire.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI / ML engineering, with 2+ years shipping LLM / RAG systems to production
• 2+ years of unstructured data pipelines using LLMs
• Document AI experience : parsing PDF / DOCX, handling OCR, Chunking.
