Job Description :
Trilyon is looking for an experienced Veeva Vault Platform Specialist to support the configuration, administration, and optimization of Veeva Vault applications. The Veeva Vault Platform Specialist will play a key role in enabling efficient document and data management across multiple business functions by implementing scalable configurations, managing integrations, and ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Configure, maintain, and enhance Veeva Vault Platform modules in alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions within the Vault environment.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, and metadata configurations to ensure proper access and data integrity.
Implement enhancements and automation to improve user experience, document lifecycle management, and collaboration.
Support integrations between Veeva Vault and other enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or Quality Systems.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate with technical teams or Veeva Support for resolution.
Maintain documentation on configurations, change controls, and validation deliverables to support audits and compliance activities.
Conduct training and provide end-user support to ensure effective system adoption and best practices.
Collaborate with QA, IT, and business functions to ensure validated systems and GxP compliance (where applicable).
Stay updated on Veeva Vault Platform enhancements, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of experience as a Veeva Vault Platform Specialist , System Administrator, or Business Analyst working with Veeva applications.
Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Veeva Vault modules (e.g., QMS, RIM, Docs, PromoMats, or CTMS).
Strong understanding of content management, workflows, document lifecycles, and metadata design.
Familiarity with system integrations using REST APIs, middleware, or Veeva Connect.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications :
Veeva Vault Administrator or Veeva Business Administrator certification.
Experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
Understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation procedures.
Experience supporting global Veeva deployments or multi-site implementations.
The Veeva Vault Platform Specialist will ensure the stability, scalability, and effectiveness of the Veeva environment, enabling efficient document control and regulatory compliance across the organization.
