Job Title : Auto Body Technician (Bodyman).

Reports to : Towing Manager.

Job Type : Full-Time.
Compensation : Competitive Pay (Based on Experience, Education & Skills) + Full Benefits Package.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Some Saturdays Depending on Workflow).

We’re growing and looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Body Technician (Body Man) to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities :
- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to factory specifications.
- Remove and replace damaged body panels and components (e.g., doors, bumpers, fenders).
- Perform light suspension work and minor frame adjustments.
- Use a spot welder and other tools to carry out structural repairs.
- Perform metal finishing, sanding, and surface prep for painting.
- Ensure proper panel alignment and final fit / finish quality.
- Work collaboratively with estimators, painters, and other technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auto Body Technician or Body Man.Experience with spot welders required.Light suspension repair skills required.Car-O-Liner system experience is a plus.I-CAR certification or training is recommended.Ability to interpret repair estimates and vehicle blueprints.Familiarity with modern vehicle construction materials (aluminum, high-strength steel, etc).Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.Valid driver’s license.Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.Benefits :
