Job descriptionValid driver's license required Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Great people skills and a desire to provide residents an exceptional residential experience through superior in-person service and quality maintenance management Thoughtful leadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team environment A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi-family property maintenance HVAC experience and certification or willingness to obtain Proven experience managing staff and multiple projects Experience with working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms. Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Maintenance Supervisor
Location : Woburn, MA
Salary : $80,000-$90,000
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Will be part of the on-call rotation- rotation is generally one week every 3 weeks for a FT staff.

Primary Responsibilities for the Maintenance Supervisor :
- Overseeing onsite maintenance team
- Working closely with Property Manager and onsite management team
- Providing leadership and guidance to foster a productive team environment and achieve property maintenance goals
- Providing effective training to new maintenance staff members
- Delivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely manner
- Adhering to all applicable codes and standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
- Providing effective maintenance management throughout all areas of the property
- Controlling inventory, ordering and delivery of approved supplies and equipment
- Performing various community maintenance services relating to plumbing repair, appliance repair, minor electrical repairs, HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
- Managing apartment turnover process for efficient resident move-ins
- Completing all required inspections
- Establishing effective relationships with vendors and partners to maximize quality of service to residents and meet budgeting objectives
- Managing staffing schedule to ensure 24 / 7 emergency coverage
