Our client, a leader in Health Services, is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join their team.

As a Contact Center Representative , you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Provider Network Team .

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills , attention to detail , and the ability to multitask , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Contact Center Representative

Location : Austin, TX (Onsite)

Pay Range : $20 / hour

What’s the Job?

• Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, claims status, and program inquiries
• Respond promptly, courteously, and concisely to phone inquiries
• Document all interactions clearly in online logs
• Transfer callers to appropriate Call Center units as needed
• Meet individual performance and attendance standards
