A company is looking for a Director of Data Science and AI Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver AI and data science projects aligned with business strategy

Own the lifecycle of AI initiatives from concept through to market-ready solutions

Lead and mentor a small team, establishing best practices for innovation and collaboration

Required Qualifications

12+ years in technology roles with at least 7+ years in data science / AI

5+ years in leadership roles managing data science or AI teams

Proven track record of delivering AI / ML solutions into production

Deep knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and modern data architectures

Hands-on ability to contribute to early prototypes alongside a small team
