A company is looking for a Director, Sales Operations to strengthen sales infrastructure and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own the accuracy and health of the sales pipeline across segments and territories
Lead weekly pipeline reviews with sales leadership to ensure accurate opportunity staging and forecast methodology adherence
Design and maintain a scalable architecture for the go-to-market tools ecosystem and create data dashboards for sales performance visibility
Qualifications
7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Deal Desk roles, preferably in Healthcare Tech or B2B SaaS
Advanced CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce, including reporting and dashboarding expertise
Experience with sales tools such as Gong, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Skilled in deal desk operations and contract structuring
Familiarity with sales methodologies and forecasting best practices
