Associate Attorney – Securities Litigation

Open to : Silicon Valley / San Francisco, CA | Santa Monica, CA | Seattle, WA | NYC, NY | Washington, DC

A top-tier Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Securities Litigation Associate to join a high-performing litigation team representing Fortune 100 companies, technology and life sciences leaders, and executives in civil and regulatory matters.

What You’ll Do :

Represent corporate and individual clients in securities disputes.

Participate in regulatory investigations and white-collar defense matters.

Conduct internal investigations, including whistleblower and FCPA matters.

Advise audit and special committees on accounting and compliance issues.

Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on complex litigation and regulatory strategy.

What You’ll Bring :

4+ years of securities litigation and / or white-collar defense experience.

Excellent academic credentials.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Bar membership (or eligibility) in the state corresponding to the office applied to.

Flexible office locations; preference for San Francisco or Silicon Valley candidates.
