IT Project Manager

A company is looking for a Jr. Project Manager to oversee and coordinate non-engineering technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate non-engineering IT projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope

Manage and execute the file share migration to SharePoint Online, including planning, testing, communication, and post-migration validation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT resources, and external vendors to align on requirements, milestones, and deliverables

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably with infrastructure or collaboration platform migrations

Demonstrated experience leading SharePoint Online or file share migration projects

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive

Experience working in small to mid-sized business environments is a plus

PMP, Agile, or related certifications are a plus
