Job description

We are looking for an IT POS Analyst to work remotely for our client. The ideal candidate lives within the Eastern Time zone and aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and configuration for various POS systems including Aloha POS, Aloha CFC, and Aloha Online Ordering
  • Support and maintain JumpMind, Toast, and Oracle POS platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues across multiple environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance of POS systems
  • Manage and track issues using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
  • Assist with system upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts
  • Analyze POS data and generate reports to support business operations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Aloha POS, Aloha CFC, and Aloha Online Ordering
  • Hands-on experience with JumpMind, Toast, and Oracle POS
  • Strong understanding of POS architecture and system workflows
  • Proficiency in using JIRA for issue tracking and project management
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
