Associate Attorney Community Law

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for an on-site role located in Naples, FL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and attendance at association meetings, litigation / court proceedings, legal research, and document review.

Qualifications

• J.D. from Accredited Law School
• Florida Bar License
• Law and Legal Document Preparation skills
• Strong communication and research skills
• Document review experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with Community Association Law is a plus
• Litigation experience is preferred
