Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a Contract Community and Creator Manager who will be the eyes, ears, and voice of Artisan Council’s clients on social media, cultivating active and engaged digital communities while also representing the unique voice of each brand. They will devise and execute strategic creator campaigns that drive measurable results for Artisan Council’s impressive client roster and oversee cost-efficient, high-performing Creator Marketing programs. They will bring constant innovation and forward thinking to the table, be driven by goals and client KPIs, thrive as a team player, and live, sleep, and breathe social media trends (especially TikTok) and pop culture. You will be outgoing, personable, and bring with you an established network of creative, interesting, and diverse content creators.

This role is collaborative and will report directly to the Sr. Social Media Manager. Our ideal candidate is obsessed with beauty, pop culture, and community, with a team player attitude, a strong sense of creativity, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will monitor and interact across all social media channels in an authentic manner, true to each brand and channel (predominantly TikTok, Instagram, X / Twitter, Facebook, YouTube)
  • You will publish content on social media channels and monitor performance
  • You will identify social trends and relevant conversations
  • You will cultivate relationships and conversations with potential brand ambassadors and creators, as well as community members and giveaway winners
  • You will identify opportunities to surprise, delight, and show our community members how much we appreciate them
  • You will maintain consistent engagement responses and guidelines for frequently asked questions and new product launches
  • You will lead community-based content-generation programs and initiatives, on an ongoing basis, but also particularly around key moments such as product launches or cultural moments
  • You will source UGC and community stories for content (including monitoring, downloading, and editing)
  • You may undertake performance reporting, analysis, and provide recommendations to your team to help advise their strategies
  • You will oversee the ongoing strategic development, execution, management, and measurement of Creator Marketing campaigns for client(s).
  • You will own ongoing creator sourcing, contracting, and executing content briefs.
  • You will own and handle regular and consistent communications with content creators.
  • You will negotiate rates and maintain budgets.
  • You will keep informed of industry trends, events, and opportunities.
  • You will provide insight and research new talent.
  • You will transform campaign data into actionable insights and provide accurate interpretation and consistent reporting of data on campaign / promotion results to share with the leadership team.
  • You will provide valuable insights and reporting for monthly and campaign reports, and present them.
  • You will present results and actionable insights to clients and successfully take action on those insights.

Qualifications

Note : Applicants without this experience will not be considered.

  • Proven experience running end-to-end Creator Marketing programs, including sourcing, contracting, briefing, and managing creators through content delivery
  • Skilled in developing clear creative briefs, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring content aligns with brand voice and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage creator programs and community moderation simultaneously, ensuring both are executed with consistency and quality
  • Experience moderating and maintaining community management across multiple brands simultaneously, with the ability to adapt brand voice and engagement style per client
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture and cultural trends - you know the latest meme, TikTok sounds, and trends before most people do
  • You know the leading and up-and-coming creator in the beauty space
  • You live in the comments section on TikTok and know how to drive conversation and engagement when moderating the community on and off
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, popular brands, and other relevant communities is imperative
  • In-depth knowledge of the relevant and upcoming social media channels + platforms, and how each platform can be leveraged in different scenarios
  • Knowledge of the ins and outs of all social media channels, and ability to use them effectively for work and personal use
  • Strong knowledge of Gen-Z+Millennial culture and the individuals at the forefront of it
  • Social media enthusiast, champion of creators and influencers, and internet culture
  • A self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and outgoing
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to write and edit communications and articulate the brand's voice in a creative, compelling, and witty manner
  • Ability to jump from the community side of marketing to the analytical side
  • Ability to adapt and adjust planned work through analyzing work demands, competing priorities, and tight deadlines; and to understand the most effective and efficient means to accomplish tasks within the parameters of the organizational structure, processes, systems, and policies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
  • Finger on the pulse of culture
  • Experience in a target-oriented environment
  • Exceptional understanding of consumer online behavior, trends, and market analysis
  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Google Sheets, the Office suite and Adobe suite
  • Experience with a range of Content Management Systems, and the ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics & ROI
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Values are : critical, team effort, and commitment to excellence
  • Extensive familiarity with social media (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Twitter) and online content, and evidence of a developed social media / web presence
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and email marketing analytical tools
  • Knowledge of and passion for technology, media, cultural & content trends; values and contributes to team brainstorms and conversations
  • Self-Starter, possesses the ability to act and operate efficiently and independently to accomplish objectives
  • Outgoing, personable, and ability to work on the fly
  • Optimum time management skills with attention to detail, especially under pressure or time-sensitive deadlines
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, independently, remotely, and go above & beyond where necessary
  • Understanding of overall commercial business practices, trading terms, and conditions
