Position Overview

We are seeking a Skilled Tradesperson or Crew Lead with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in one or more trades : construction, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or electrical. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, independent thinker, and proactive leader who can manage tasks and team members effectively on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled labor in one or more trades (construction, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Lead and coordinate small teams or assist other trades as needed
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions accurately
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and teammates
• Troubleshoot problems on site and propose practical solutions
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
