Overview
Business Process Writer at SAIC located in Camp Smith, Hawaii. Supports USINDOPACOM to identify processes from system administration and network operations to create documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities
- Document J73 processes and procedures for supporting USINDOPACOM training events and exercises.
- Document IT event support, IT service desk, logistics, network operations.
- Research and develop improved business processes and procedures.
- Conduct and participate in MS Teams meetings.
- Conduct focus meetings to support process and procedure documentation.
- Conduct staff coordination via email, MS Teams, written products.
- Validate existing processes are clear and accurate.
- Support development of business process analytics and performance measures.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience; or 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.Experience documenting processes and procedures (SOPs).Experience holding focus groups to identify business processes.Knowledge of IT system administration and network operations.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for developing SOPs, presentations, processes, and procedures.Clearance and Citizenship
