The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Transformation, will play a critical role in driving the success of integrating Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities' financial models into McKesson's enterprise ERP. This position supports strategic transformation initiatives by aligning financial strategy with operational execution, enabling scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance enterprise value. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of healthcare financial operations. Additionally, this role will be instrumental in the successful transition of SAP platforms across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Integration Strategy

• Lead financial modeling and scenario planning for integration of all Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities into SAP S4 Hana.
• Partner with system understanding and transformation support and operational teams to support pre-close planning, due diligence, and Day 1 readiness.
• Develop and maintain financial templates and models tailored to Oncology and Multi-Specialty entities.

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Salary

90,500.00 - 150,900.00 USD Annual with 15% Mip

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $90,500 - $150,900
