What You’ll Do

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects , from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and field staff
• Review plans, manage change orders, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative project environment
