Accountabilities :
- Define and own the AI product roadmap, establishing vision, strategy, and prioritized initiatives for AI-driven features.
- Translate customer insights, analytics, and competitive benchmarks into actionable AI use cases that create measurable value.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to convert business goals into technical requirements and deliverables.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, including requirements definition, backlog management, and agile execution.
- Monitor and measure feature performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction, iterating to improve outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including operations, security, legal, and marketing to ensure product reliability, compliance, and brand alignment.
- Advise leadership on technology trade-offs, infrastructure needs, and AI deployment strategies.
- Serve as a product owner for connected services and software experiences, aligning product strategy with business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.5+ years of software product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI / ML products.Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, and user-centric product design.Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and agile software development environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.Preferred : MBA or advanced technical degree, prior experience managing hardware-software product portfolios, and proven track record of launching AI-driven products.Benefits
