Summer Analyst

Summer Analysts will work alongside the broader General Partner Advisory team on transactions that provide exposure to various clients in the private equity industry and to a range of investment banking services, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic consulting. As a Summer Analyst key responsibilities will include (i) supporting the build-out of financial models, (ii) preparing client deliverables (including confidential information memorandums), and (iii) collecting / analysing market research.

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's and / or master's degree with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
• Possess basic knowledge of and a keen interest in finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
