This individual will be supporting the Advertising / IMDb organization and will be sourcing specifically for Software Engineers, TPMs, Tech Product Managers, Tech Program Managers, AI Scientists, Creative MKTG, Design, Account Executives, Account Managers etc. internally. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment with the ability to roll up their sleeves and work hard to complete the tasks at hand. The team is searching for an individual with a strong technical sourcing corporate or agency background focused on tech and sales recruiting who possess the capability to generate creative Boolean searches from scratch, is savvy in candidate generation, and who demonstrates the aptitude to manage processes / pipelines and systems effectively.
