We are looking for upbeat, personable, and sales driven individuals to accurately represent our brand, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships. Our ideal applicant is highly motivated to set and achieve sales goals, thriving on a commission-driven environment, and a desire to build a career in the beauty industry. Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, meeting sales quotas, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening / closing business, and daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications include the ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time or 35-40 hours per week for full-time, reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends, customer service experience, friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand, bend, walk for 5-8 hours per day.
