About The Position
Oculus Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract in a skilled-nursing facility in Salem, Virginia . This role offers flexible employment options and competitive weekly pay packages based on experience. Open to both local and travel therapists.

Job Requirements
Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and current PT practices
Experience in [skilled nursing facility / outpatient / hospital] preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach with commitment to quality care
Benefits
- Weekly Pay : $2,200–$2,280 (W-2 with stipend)
- 1099 Pay Option : Up to $2,480 / week
- Local W-2 Pay : Up to $57 / hour
- Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
