Associate Motion Director

A company is looking for an Associate Motion Director (UI Animation).

Key Responsibilities

Lead small teams of motion designers on complex, fast-turnaround animation projects

Deliver high-quality UI animations and video edits while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborate with various product teams to create engaging animations for diverse project types

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in motion design, particularly with After Effects

Proven experience as a Lead or Principal animator on award-winning projects

Expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro; experience with Figma is required

Strong technical skills, including After Effects scripting and 3D animation (preferred)

Experience in UI element motion design and basic audio editing skills
