A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Auto PD.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service

Promote best practices for claims handling in accordance with company standards

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of all team member-related functions

Prior leadership experience of 5+ years in claims
