Mobile Service Technician

Overview

Long Island based coffee supplier, looking for a motivated individual who is : 1) An experienced coffee / espresso equipment technician. 2) A trainee for coffee / espresso equipment repair with mechanical skills and understanding of electrical and plumbing to work on coffee related machines and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and calibrate coffee and espresso equipment including brewing, grinding and dispensing systems for customers in Nassau and Suffolk counties.
• Support new equipment installation as well as periodic preventive maintenance on existing coffee and espresso equipment.
• Maintain customer relationships in assigned territories through on-time service and professional representation.
• Document work efficiently and inform customers of the conducted service.
• Perform field service and in-shop repair work, including troubleshooting on-site repair, installation and calibration of equipment, and occasional deliveries, all utilizing a company provided vehicle.
• Training will be provided on the specific equipment encountered in the field; all necessary tools will be provided.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $20-$28 per hour (depending on experience)

This is a full-time position with some overtime required / available. We provide recession-proof job security in a time of uncertainty for multiple businesses.
