As the Security Engineering Manager, you will lead our Application Security, Infrastructure Security, and Detection & Response teams, driving all security engineering efforts at Airtable. Your leadership will be pivotal in mitigating security risks through proactive strategies and effective response measures.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive goals, metrics, strategies, policies, and procedures for Infrastructure Security and Detection & Response.
• Mentor tech leadership and oversee the maturing of the Security Operations Center, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Lead and grow a team of skilled engineers, fostering their professional development and maximizing their impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional peers to execute strategic plans and initiatives that align with company goals.
• Drive technical decisions to mitigate risks in our infrastructure and enhance detection and response capabilities.

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is :

$260,000 - $320,000 USD
