Job descriptionManage cases from pre-litigation through settlement or trial, with the support of a strong staff. Engage in deposition experience. Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel. Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office. At least 2 years of experience in employment litigation and / or other civil litigation. Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word. Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Experience with employment disputes, including wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, and labor code violations. Excellent writing and research skills. Strong and collaborative interpersonal skills.
