Job Description

Position Purpose :

The account management co-op will serve as a key resource to the team.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities :

Directly reporting to the Director of Energy & Account Management.

Professional service to account relationships.

Prepare client reports, presentations, and account summaries.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through CRM (Salesforce).

Assist with contract management and renewal processes.

Support preparation of sales proposals.

Provide support for market research efforts.

Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-up activities.

Analyze account performance metrics and prepare basic reports using excel, powerpoint, and Power BI.

Supporting project management requests as required by the rest of the upper management team.

Qualifications

Education / Experience / Background :

High School Diploma / GED is required.

Currently enrolled in school obtaining BS / BA, preferably in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Accounting, Engineering, or relatable field.

Some energy, utility or related experience is preferred.

Prior experience in the energy, utility, or a related sector is a plus.

Prior experience in client engagement.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

Good PC and Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel and Word skills required; Microsoft Access a plus.

Strong analytical / problem solving skills required.

Attention to details and ability to review materials for accuracy.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong telephone etiquette.

Ability / flexibility to learn and apply new skills.

Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.

Ability to prioritize work.

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Additional Information

Pay Range : $22.00 to $26.00 per hour.
