Superintendent III – Commercial Construction

What you will be doing :

As Senior Superintendent, you will lead all aspects of field operations from groundbreaking through project completion. You'll manage schedules, oversee subcontractors, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. This is a leadership position where your ability to anticipate challenges, build strong relationships, and keep complex projects on track will be key to our continued success.

Responsibilities

Direct daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality specifications.

Lead and mentor field teams, fostering a collaborative, safety-focused culture.

Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Manage project logistics, sequencing, and scheduling while proactively addressing field challenges.

Uphold and enforce all safety standards, quality control procedures, and compliance requirements.

Oversee inspections, permits, and coordination with local authorities throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need to have :

Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on commercial construction projects, with a focus on senior living or multifamily developments.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively.

Solid understanding of construction scheduling, field coordination, and project execution.

Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software is preferred.
