Operations Planner Assistant

Full-time | Monday–Friday, 7 : 30–4 : 00 or 8 : 00–4 : 30 | Reports to Director of Talent & Operations

$18-22 / Hour , Non-Exempt | Reports to Director of Talent & Operations

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Planner Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly! In this role, you’ll help plan production schedules, track materials, and make sure every department has what they need to stay on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Help build and adjust production schedules.
Use MRP and JobBOSS to track orders, jobs, and materials.
Keep inventory organized and communicate supply needs.
Coordinate with teams to solve problems before they slow things down.
Stay one step ahead by keeping things organized and on track.

What You Bring

Planning, scheduling, or operations experience (2+ years preferred).

Experience or comfort with JobBOSS or MRP systems .

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

Confident using computers and Excel.
