Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
Manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and other support staff

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) Requirements :
Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the state of New York
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a healthcare leadership role
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff
