Operations Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support key production, procurement, and Amazon transfer activities within our supply chain. In this role, you will manage kit production schedules with our warehouse, track component availability, and oversee transfer orders to Amazon to ensure timely and accurate shipments. You will also assist with basic procurement by creating purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and coordinating with marketing and retail teams to align material readiness with launch timelines. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring projects are delivered on time. This role is critical in supporting the growth of our supply chain while maintaining efficiency and best practices across production and procurement processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Purchase Orders & Accounting
- Help create and submit purchase orders for new SKUs with UK vendors.
- Track order confirmations, deliveries, and receipts.
- Assist with reconciling purchase orders against warehouse receipts and coordinate with the UK Accounting team as needed.
Kit Production Support
Support all kit production activities with the warehouse.Track component deliveries and flag delays or shortages.Update and maintain production schedules.Assist with system updates such as transfer orders and BOM adjustments.Amazon Transfer Coordination
Help coordinate Amazon transfers (1P, 3P, or FBA).Prepare and update transfer order documentation.Monitor shipment status to ensure on-time dispatch.Communicate with the warehouse on any issues, shortages, or compliance questions.Procurement Support
Assist in creating and maintaining purchase orders for components and packaging.Follow up with suppliers to confirm lead times and delivery dates.Support coordination with marketing and retail teams to align materials with launch and campaign schedules.Maintain supplier contact logs and organize delivery documentation.Inventory Management
Support inventory accuracy in Microsoft D365 by helping review and correct discrepancies.Track stock levels and alert the team of low or excess inventory.Help process manual inventory adjustments such as kit builds, transfers, and repacks.Participate in cycle counts and assist in reconciling differences.Prepare basic inventory reports for review by the Supply Chain Manager.Sustainability Responsibility
Ensure all duties and actions contribute to the short- and long-term Sustainability Goals set forth by ELEMIS under the Climate, Biodiversity, and People Pillars.Qualifications & Characteristics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.Previous experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP preferred.In-depth understanding of operations and supply chain required.Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.Must be a team player, good communicator, and reliable.Elemis is an equal opportunities employer.
