Description : JOB DESCRIPTION

Faber and Brand, LLC, a multi-state law firm focusing on creditors’ rights, has an opening for a full-time entry-level position in our Complex Litigation Department. Prior law firm experience is not necessary.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Entering Court returns
• Typing correspondence to Defendants, Attorneys, and Courts
• Filing various motions and other documents
• Data entry of information into software system
• Print and assemble legal documents to be filed with the court
• Contact various courts by phone or email
• Work closely with attorneys within and outside of the firm
• Assist department manager in meeting daily goals
• Other miscellaneous duties as needed
• Processing incoming client account documents and various correspondence

REPORTS TO :

Manager of Complex Litigation

Starting Pay : $16.05 per hour
