Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Assistant Superintendent to support our team in the field. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in building custom homes as well as experience in various construction trades. This position will support in scheduling / time management, material inventory, and hands on work such as carpentry, drywall, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and miscellaneous construction needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the field with any tasks relating to the overall successful completion of custom homes.
• Coordinate with sub contractors to stay on schedule.
• Take initiative with completing punch work and organizing material lists. Follow direction and complete quality work in a reasonable timeframe.
• Pick up, drop off, load, and unload materials when needed.
• Update Superintendent on all progress, issues, mistakes, and questions, this includes keeping daily logs in Builder Trends with detailed notes and photos.
• Available through phone or email as point of contact for deliveries and sub contractors.
