- Proven ability in transitioning IT services from external providers to in-house operations.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and network management technologies.
- Experience in formulating IT policies and procedures to align with business goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex IT projects and initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with IT industry trends, challenges, and best practices.
