We are looking for a Coating Engineer to join the Kaiser Aluminum Warrick team outside of Evansville Indiana!

The Coating Engineer performs coating development activities for all Warrick products. An expectation of this role is to coach / mentor others within Warrick, at our supplier(s) and customer (s)on coating formulations, evaluations and manufacturing practices. This position reports directly to Research and Development Manager.

The principal role of this position is twofold : lead the performance evaluation of coating development programs for Warrick, and lead root cause analysis for the plant or customer coating-related issues.
