We are seeking a Client Services Lead to play a key part in supporting the salons, distributors, and partners who rely on our products. You will work closely with clients to answer questions, coordinate orders, and ensure all clients have a smooth, reliable experience with our company. This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients get what they need to succeed.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues by diagnosing root causes of issues, coordinating with production, engineering, and logistics, and tracking issues through resolution.
- Oversee daily order management activities including order entry accuracy checks, change requests, delivery updates, and ensuring all client requirements are reflected correctly in the ERP system.
- Monitor open orders, backlog status, and production schedules, then proactively communicate risks, delays, and recovery plans to client with clear, timely updates.
- Lead 1-3 direct report client service reps through daily workflow planning, coaching on communication standards, assigning priorities, and reviewing completed work for accuracy.
- Prepare weekly client performance summaries using ERP system to track OTIF (on-time in-full) performance, open issues, credit requests, and service trends.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring service gaps, proposing process changes, and leading projects that streamline order flow or reduce response time.
Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in a client services role or similar field; some leadership / supervisory experience preferred.Associate's / Bachelor's degree required.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems with ability to learn new technologies.Commitment to providing excellent client experience and representing our standards of quality and service.Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Barrington, IL is hiring a Client Services Lead.
